My dog is already in the database and I'd like to add a photo/details
No problem! Just Contact us with the details and we'll update the record for you. If you did not add the record yourself, only the person who added the dog or one of the Admin Team can edit the record. The pedigree software used does NOT have the facility to transfer ownership of a record.
I've noticed some errors on your database. What do I do?
Thank you! Our data comes from a number of sources and is input by individual breeders, owners and volunteers. The database is far from complete and we know there may be discrepancies. Please Contact us with details and we will update the record.
Note that data about a dog will only be published where that data is already available in the public domain or where a breeder / owner submits the information themselves.
My dog is in your database and I'd like it removed
Pedigree information is
published by various Kennel Clubs and similar bodies. It
is not copyright of a breeder / owner.
Removal of a
pedigree would disrupt all pedigrees in the breeding
chain and it is therefore not possible to remove it.
Rest assured that only information available in the
public domain, or that you yourself voluntarily provide,
will be recorded about your dog.
A photo on our website is being used without my permission
We take
copyright issues very seriously.
All users of
the website have verified that
required permissions have been
obtained before photos are
published.
If you believe
your copyright has been breached
please contact us with full details
and the photowill be removed as soon
as possible. A copy of your email
will be forwarded to the submitter
with whom lies any liability for
your complaint. Please note that
complaints should be made by the
copyright holder themselves. 3rd
party agents should provide written
authority from the copyright holder
together with relevant contact
